24 Waterway Avenue & Waterway Square Construction Update
“The Centerpiece of The Woodlands Waterway®”
Construction is progressing on Waterway Square & 24 Waterway Avenue, two of the most exciting urban projects ever to be developed in The Woodlands. Waterway Square will be an urban park and central public plaza along The Woodlands Waterway®, designed for relaxation, outdoor dining and people watching in a cooling, urban environment. The one-acre park will be the focal point of The Waterway Square District, where mixed use buildings will provide Class A office space, upscale shopping, dining, hospitality, luxury urban residences and entertainment. This combination of uses will create a true “sense of place” and a vibrant 24/7 urban environment in the Waterway Square District.

• Thirteen stories with 12 office floors with variable square feet per floor.

24 Waterway Avenue:
• Six floors completed.
• Topping out planned for August, 2007.
• Substantial completion/tenant build-outs planned for late 2007.
• Two signed tenants, accounting for 15% of the building. Total committed is 40%.
• Additional leasing underway.
• Grand Opening planned for Spring of 2008.
Waterway Square:
• Construction underway on signature water features.
• Completion planned for early 2008.
